Echogram is built privacy-first. We use Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) architecture - AI processing happens inside an isolated secure hardware enclave. Raw conversation data never leaves protected hardware.

2. What we collect
Echogram collects structured intelligence outputs (summaries, signals, coaching notes) - not raw audio. Audio is processed on-device and discarded immediately after analysis. We also collect account information and usage data to operate the service.
3. How we use your data
Structured data powers your enterprise dashboard and coaching insights. We do not sell data to third parties. We do not use your data to train external AI models without explicit consent.
4. Data security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). TEE architecture ensures zero third-party access to raw conversation content. We undergo regular third-party security audits.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Enterprise customers retain full ownership of their structured intelligence data. Contact privacy@echogram.us to exercise any of your rights.
